Sending a website, WhatsApp, email or telephone enquiry does not create a confirmed reservation or management agreement. Availability, rates, inclusions and other arrangements must be confirmed directly with the ANKS team or the relevant property.

Payment schedules, taxes, cancellation and refund conditions, check-in requirements and house rules depend on the property and offer. Ask for these details before accepting an offer or making payment. This website does not provide an online payment or booking-confirmation service.

Properties labelled “Upcoming” are presented as future properties and are not offered as currently available accommodation through that listing.

Property management services

Descriptions of our management services and action plans outline areas of support. The scope, responsibilities, fees and commercial terms for a particular property are subject to a separate agreement. Website descriptions do not guarantee occupancy, revenue or investment returns.
